Sunday On The Charles

My wife bought me a season pass to Charles River Canoe and Kayak so I've spent a lot of time on the river this season. I got out on the water around 9am (one of the downsides of not owning a kayak yet) and headed south to between the 128 and the Pond St bridge. I worked most of the trees and pads with a 5" Pro Senko and a 5" Kinami Flash Senko. I got a about 15 bites and landed 4 large-mouth. I only got pictures of 3 because the last one was too small to bother and I was on the way back to the boathouse.

  • Ha, it's going great. I come home from a few hours on the water, crack a beer and spend another hour online looking. I've only been in the sit in kayaks but they seem to work well for me.

  • So how's the kayak shopping going? :)
