Arrived at Bartlett Lake and almost immediately had motor trouble. Never made it to the spot I wanted to fish. Beached the boat next to "Flathead Ed", who @ 6 hours prior to our arrival, landed the new Arizona state record flathead catfish;76.5 pounds.We didn't do anywhere near so well. Danny and I each caught a @ 1 pound channel cat, and overnight I landed a 6.75 pound channel cat. That was it. Still a fun weekend on the water with my fishing partner Danny.
