I like to fish overnight on my boat with lines out for catfish, however, when the wind blows the boat around on the anchor line, the fishing lines get all tangled up. To eliminate this problem, put out both bow and stern anchors. Point the boat into the current and or wind and put out the bow anchor, then let out line and drift back with the current/wind for @ 50 feet, drop the stern anchor and pull ahead @ 20 feet, letting out stern line as you take in bow line. Now tie off both anchors. Now you can fish overnight without tangling lines.
