Here's a way to temporarily convert any floating lure into a popper. Hardware and grocery stores sell clear suction cups for hanging things on glass and mirrors. Buy several in various sizes. Cut off the entire non suction cup part. Drill a hole just large enough to enable easily pushing the suction cup over the line tie eye on your lure. Remove the suction cup. Pass your line through the hole in suction cup and tie it to your lure, then slide the cup up the line and push it over the line tie eye. Now your lure is a popper. The cup is easily removed and can be used on other lures. Happy Fishing!
